Our skin is the most important part of our body and to be honest without it we would die. Our skin help protect us from invading bacterias and viruses, helps regulate our body temperature and helps our inside organs from falling out. But our skin never grabs our attention until it lets us down and then we try everything to patch things up temporarily and cover it up with make-up, beauty treatments and other medical interventions.

Some quick facts on Skin:
1. Skin has 3 layers: outside layer - epidermis, middle layer - dermis and the inner layer - subcutaneous layer.
2. New skin cells rise to epidermis every four weeks. So right food can help you get rid of your skin concerns within 4 to 8 weeks.
3. Since you started reading this blog, you have shed about 40,000 dead skin cells off the surface of your skin.
